ELBC is for ambitious leaders, freelancers, solopreneurs, business owners, purpose-seekers, and trauma survivors who want to find balance in their inner world so they can tackle their outer world with peace, confidence, and clarity.
Inner work can include things like trauma recovery, somatic work, nervous system regulation, etc.
Outer work can include any questions you have about freelancing, creating your offers, business strategy and issues, and/or career transitions. Outer work can trickle into non-work areas of your life as well.
Yes, you can. If you are accepted into ELBC, you'll have time to read the book and go through the materials before (or even while) diving into the weekly calls. Or if you're ready to take action, you can read the book before your complimentary call. So if you feel group mentorship is helpful for you and you're ready to learn more, let's talk.
The first call is on Tuesday of each week and the second is on Wednesday of each week, both in Eastern/NYC time. All details and schedules will be included in your Dashboard.
Inner work can involve somatic practices, visualizations and other exercises that we do together safely, depending on your comfort level and capacity for deep inner work.
But you only ever need do what you're ready to do and what you feel safe to do. We work on building that safety together. Otherwise, there will also be plenty of discussion and breakouts for additional learning and community building, if you choose to participate.
Though we highly encourage attending the calls, recordings will also be provided so you can watch the calls at your own pace.

Refund Policy for Group and 1:1 Coaching
Overview
We understand that making a significant investment in your personal or professional development is a big decision. We're committed to your success, and we believe that our "Embodied Life & Business" group coaching program, and "Your Next Chapter" 1:1 program, are powerful tools to help you move toward the changes you want to make in your life and work.
To ensure fairness to both you and our business, we've set a 14-day limit (from the date of your full payment or first installment payment) to request a refund. This allows us to allocate resources effectively and continue providing high-quality support to all our clients, including you.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
• Submit a Refund Request: Send an email request to support@karoleendcoaching.com within 14 days of your initial purchase.
• Provide Proof of Work: Demonstrate that you have actively participated in the coaching program by submitting evidence such as completed assignments, meeting notes, or other relevant documentation.
Review of Request
Upon receipt of your refund request, we will review your account and the evidence you have provided, along with records of your participation (examples include session attendance logs, access logs to program materials, etc.).
Important Considerations
No Refunds After 14 Days: Our 14-day refund window allows you ample time to experience the program's benefits and begin implementing the strategies. After this period, due to the ongoing nature of the coaching and resource allocation for support, refunds are not available.
Payment Plans: If you selected a payment plan and your refund request is denied, you will continue to be charged automatically for outstanding payments.
Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds.
Program Access: If a refund is issued, your access to the coaching program and associated materials will be immediately terminated.
Changes to the Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
By purchasing our group or 1:1 coaching programs, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
Yes, I offer very limited spots for 1:1 coaching online. Our sessions can cover any topics that are covered in ELBC, but in a private, 1:1 capacity.
